Well 4 of my 5 kids have 1-syllable names and I have more 1-syllable names on my short list. I'm not a big fan of long names so not surprisingly I paired my kids 1 syllable first names with 2-syllable middle names. You might be having trouble coming up with pairings because many of your names are nicknames. When a first name is paired with a middle it seems it seems like it should sound formal but nicknames are by nature laid back.Mom to Paul, Clare, Mark, Katharine, James, and Andrew
Future girl: loving Grace, Sarah, Nell, Stella, Emily, Lucy, Mary, Caroline or Elizabeth
Future boy: not loving anything
