Do you like the name Demelza? I know one girl who wears the name perfectly--she's absolutely adorable!
Melisande sounds like a great match to me. For a more conservative option, I think Celia also goes well--it's classic and elegant, but also partners up well with the more laid-back 'Rosie' without sounding too formal.

I also really liked the suggestion of Isadora with Rosalind, those sound amazing together. And what ever happened to Cressida?
