I'm also going to suggest Sabrina, which I haven't seen suggested yet and second Miranda. And I adore Plum as a middle and really hope you use that in your final combo!
I LOVE Sabrina, but we have a neice with that name. Totally our style though! The husband loves Plum, so its on there for middles for sure

I think for Theodora/Dorothea we'd use the nn Dot. Viv & Dot? Cute right?

    How about:
    Catalina
    Katerina
Elise (normal prn., or the French is like AY-leez.
Elisabeth (also normal or French prn(AY-leez-a-bet, although normally spelled with an accent on the 1st e.)
    Alessandra
Genevieve... I know it's off the list bc of nn, but what about nn eve, genny, or evie?
    Marianna/Marianne
    Cecily
    Cecile
Elodie... I live in the US and know 4 Elodies...
    Lorraine/Lorraina
    Annevieve
    Emilie
    Juliette
We went back and forth about Genevieve SO much. I want to like it, and everyone thinks its perfect with Vivienne, but I just don't think it'll work. *sigh* I REALLY dislike the nn Genny/Jen, and I feel like I won't be able to control that, because what if SHE likes it, you know? Also, my husband & I both have J names, so even though it starts with a G, three out of four of us would have the same sound. Finally... although I think the nn Evie is okay, its too close to Viv/Vivi. Yelling "Evie" or "Vivi" or "Eve" or "Viv" up the stairs I think would be too confusing for the girls, and for me.
