Since you like Emma Dorothy, what about using Theodora as a MN? Its meaning is the same as Dorothy/thea, and Amelie Theodora, Brigitte Theodora, and Ottolie Theodora sound lovely. I understand your concern about your little girl's cousin being named Dorothea, but if you really like Dorothy, don't be afraid to use it as a MN! My sister's MN is the same as our cousin's FN (just spelled with a C, instead of a K) and it hasn't caused any problems.

What about using Ella, Emilia, Emeline, Emmaline, or Emilie instead of Emma?

If you're concerned about Genevieve's "dated" factor, have you considered Genève? Similar sound, but fresh and rare. Maybe Emilia Genève, Clara Genève, or Esther Genève.

I love French names (and am Scottish by descent, go figure ), so I'm interested to see what other berries suggest! Good luck!

    I really like:

Romilly - my favourite, beautiful with Leonard.
Rosemary - Probably my second favourite.
Genevieve - Maybe as a middle?
Agatha - Very cute & sounds great with Leonard.
    Paloma - Like it.
    Ottilie - Like it.

    My favorites from your list:
    Romilly
    Delphine
    Ottilie
    Marisol
    Esther

I would spell Jean Jeanne as I believe Jean historically is a male name in France. Jean-Paul for example.
A lot of your names seem a little dated to me (though I think all of the names I picked are fine)
Here are few more you might like:
    Adele
    Alice
    Aimee(Amy)
    Avril
    Caroline
    Desiree
    Eloise
    Fleur
    Giselle
    Iris
    Jacqueline
    Jeannine
    Jeannette
    Justine
    Lucille
    Marion
    Renee
    Rosalie

The name that sticks out to me is Clara. I think it's really pretty! Clara Delphine has a nice ring to it.
