    Roscoe

What do you think of this name? Any sibling names that you think would work well with it, boy and girl?

I don't care for Roscoe at all. I know I got some flack for it the last time we had a thread on the name but all I see is a dog's name when I see the name Roscoe, because dogs with the name are the only association I've ever had with the name. I do think of Dukes of Hazzard, too.

I agree with the above poster, I know way too many people with dogs named Roscoe to be able to see it as a name for a child now.

I also think dog, my dog's father was named Roscoe. It's certainly not the worst "dog sounding" name though, much better than Rufus or Rover.
