My FDH hated the name Brooke a few weeks ago, but I just discovered last night that he loves it combined with another name.. Echo Brooke.
Then I found a gorgeous name that literally stopped me in my tracks, Indigo Scarlett. I'd always thought both these names were nice.. but together, they are spectacular.
Our "old faithful" girl name has always been Matilda Rose, but I'm just wondering if we should just try out some new ideas since I'm only 8weeks pregnant!
Since discovering that some combination names sound spectacular together, I'm wondering what everyone thinks of these names..
Why do you like them, why do you hate them, do you like the possible nicknames?
..and as I seem to find myself more and more totally clueless when it comes to choosing names, could anyone suggest ones we might like! Perhaps some combinations? It would be great!
Here are some of the kinds of names we like! Oh and our surname is Bambrey, so we're avoiding names that end with an "ee" sound, unless they're nicknames (like with Matilda, the nn Tillie would be fine) Thankyou so much!

Your "old faithful" Matilda Rose is my fave. Echo Brooke is too harsh sounding and it's also too descriptive (a brook that echoes). Having two colour names in a combo is too much (Indigo Scarlett).
Matilda May (nn Mattie May)
