I voted for Matilda Rose. Indigo Scarlett is too much color, and Echo Brooke sounds like the name of a brook. It's hard to make two noun names work.
Just for fun, off the top of my head:

I voted for Matilda Rose but I think I like Matilda Scarlett, and Matilda Brooke more because, as pretty as Rose is, it gets used as a middle name way to often. I like it much more as a first name, or if it's a middle name, with a more "out there" first. I like Echo Rose and Indigo Rose better than Matilda Rose for that reason. I like the names you have but I would definantly rearrange the combos. I also like Echo Matilda alot~ Elisabeth Odelia "Elsie" ~ Gideon Boone ~
~ Adelheid Ruby "Addie Rue" ~ Theodore Solomon "Teddy"~~ Casilda Josephine "Cassie Jo" ~ Zaccheaus Westley "Zeke" ~

Indigo and Echo are too nature/hippie for me personally. Particularly, as other comments have noted, with Brooke and Scarlett. I really like Matilda and think Matilda Bambrey sounds great. Matilda is by far my favorite on your list, but it seems that we have very different naming styles. Second favorite would be Hazel or Tabitha. I also know a girl named Fern and she wears it really well.
