We definitely do not get 15 weeks! My summer break is 10 weeks this summer. Sometimes, if the weather gods cooperate we can get up to 12. This year, however, we got slammed with Sandy and a blizzard so I have more than a week of hurricane and snow days to make up.

Btw. Don't get paid in the summer either. Not saying I should get paid especially with such a long break, just saying I do a lot of saving so I can live over the summer.

If I could control it, we'd avoid a March baby because both of our birthdays are in March, not to mention our wedding anniversary and countless other birthdays. But if things go according to plan (probably won't but IF), we'd probably end up with one, haha.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized how perfect my boss had it. She had her baby at the beginning of Nov. She got 10 weeks maternity leave so she was off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but the baby's birthday isn't too close to Christmas. I would LOVE that. I don't live far from family, but far enough that I don't get to see them as much as I'm used to during the holidays. I'd love to go down to my parents house a couple days before Christmas and just relax with family instead of rushing down there when I get off work on Christmas Eve (and I was the lucky chosen one to work late that week.. lovely). So that's something I've thought about but I don't think I'd try to plan it that way.

Hmm... Well, I am a Father's Day baby, I was born on Father's Day in September which is early spring here in Australia. So despite the rain and semi-wintery weather that carries over, I always loved sharing that with my Dad, and the fact that it was always a topic of conversation. So I'd be happy with a September baby.

Despite me never having had a white Christmas I wouldn't mind having a summer baby either. Since there's Christmas, days eating roasts in the blistering heat, swimming and warm nights.

I don't know I think I love extremes like that

    Jessica Emily Faith
    German/South African/Scottish/English/Irish/Romani
Elsa: Mystical, magical, completely unique, baffling and all her own

Ronan: Spicy, little boys wearing plaid shirts, running around in kneeless jeans, playing in the mud and being mischievous.
    Other considerations
Esther- Wade - Romy - Carter

I'm born in January Summer over hear in Australia I liked it as I could have pool parties and this year we went to the main water theme park in my state. I would personally love an April baby because we have two weeks off and its nice weather but I don't know I honestly don't care.
