    Masculine forms of feminine names?

Feminine forms of originally masculine names abound, but what about names that turn this pattern on its head?

Demetrius, Dimitri, etc. - from Demeter
Cecil, Caecilius, etc. - from Cecilia
    Beatus - from Beata
    Cassander - from Cassandra
    Dorotheos - from Dorothea
    Isaurus - from Isaura
    Euphemios - from Euphemia
    Hypatos - from Hypatia
    Hortensius - from Hortensia
    Laurus, Lauro - from Laura
    Lucretius - from Lucretia
Natalius, Natale, Natalio - from Natalia
    Sabinus - from Sabina
    Zoran - from Zora
    Agathon - from Agatha
    Carmine - from Carmen
    Laelius, Laelio - from Laelia
    Leocadio, Leocadius - from Leocadia
    Zenobios, Zenobio - from Zenobia

    * I used Behind the Name as my source; I know, for example, that Nameberry has Cecilia listed as a "feminine form of Cecil," rather than the other way around, but BtN has Cecil being derived from Caecilius, which was in turn listed as a masculine form of Cecilia. A list of more potential candidates can be found here (though this list may not be 100% valid): http://www.behindthename.com/submit/...=m&operator=or

What do you think? Which do you like (or like best)? Can you think of any others?
on my mind, for the moment

    Daria | Athena | Ramona | Winifred | Maeve | Blythe | Nadine | Dorothea | Margot | Cyra | Renata | Hypatia | Junia | Thisbe

    Flynn | Otto | Winston | Claude | Leif | Roald | Tavish | Lionel | Cormac | Tobin | Oswin | Rory | Damon | Tycho

Mildred "Red" ☆ Obedience "Bede" ☆ Relief "Leafy" ☆ Dorothea "Doro" ☆ Penelope "Pen" ☆ Ruth "Rue" ☆ Eudoxia "Exie"

There's some pretty nice names amongst the list there. I can't really think of any others to add, but I like the following names from the list:
    Demetrius
    Demeter
    Cecil
    Zoran
    Carmine

I'd heard Emmett was a male form of Emma.

@southern.maple I wonder if those surnames were used back in the day when surnames were genuinely descriptive for unclaimed children born to unmarried women?
