Ooooh, my favorite is Cordelia. It means "daughter of the sea" and it is soooo pretty. I also love Cora or Coralie. I know it doesn't mean sea, but it means coral, which is IN the sea...does that count?

I suspect I'm in the minority, but I've always liked the name Ondine ("little wave.") The 2010 movie of the same name got so-so reviews, but I thought it was great and it made me like the name more.

I also like Cordelia, Maris, Marina, and Delphine.

My friend has a daughter named Oceana (kind of pronounced like oh-shay-an-uh). I like it. They nicknamed her O.C.
