For twin boys I'd choose: Felix Robert and Maxwell James.
I love that Robert and James are family names and I like the x in both the boys names that link to Beatrix.
Though if you have future kids you might need to find another x name to love.
I know you are worried about the popularity of both Felix and Max but if you really love them I wouldn't worry about that. Felix has been one of my absolute favorites since I was a little girl - it's rising popularity hasn't changed that. Which frankly surprised me since usually I start looking for something else to replace it and I just was never able to. Max would be on my list as well if we didn't already have two 2 year old Max's running around our lives a third would just feel confusing.
How do you feel about Axel as an alternative nn to Max for Maxwell?Expecting Our First.....
DH doesn't want to discuss names until
we know if it's a boy or girl. GRRRRR ARGH!

From your list, I like Felix, Clark, James, and Edward (nn Ned) with Helena. Instead of Edward, what about Edwin or Edmond nn Ned? I do think that Theodore, Philip, Wallace, and Sebastian work well too. What about Lloyd instead of Floyd? I think it works with your last name. I love Constant as a mn too. Maybe Clement as the other mn as a nice way to link the twins.
Some other suggestions:
