Your Favourite Words??
I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, so I figured this one was as good as any!
We use Nameberry because we all have an interest in names. Many of us like certain names, purely because of the flow, or rhythm, and how we hear them when they're said aloud. So that got me thinking! Do any of you have certain words that you love the sound of?
Some of mine are:
-sphygmomanometer (blood pressure meter)
-dactylographie (french word for 'typing')

I quite like 'meridian'. I'm sure there are more. I'll edit if I can think of any. I'm writing a book (or should be, lol, I'm actually being naughty and posting here instead) at the moment so all my words end up being used up and my regular non-book thinking becomes gloopy.~Boys~

Nor and vermillion have always been my two favorite words. I'm loving the sound of dactylographie, I imagine it's gorgeous in a french accent.Life is too short to be spent in nursing animosity or registering wrongs.

I hear words I like the sound of all the time, tell myself I should remember them and then I instantly forget them
One of my all time favourites is kalashnikov. Bit of a weird one. Not at all beautiful or eloquent like your words, but I always found it fun to say
