What do you think of the surname Caesar?

I have never seen it used, but it sounds good. What do you think of it?

My SO LOVES Cesar... I'll admit, it doesn't really strike me that much, I know a César, and I like the sound of that (say-ZAR) but "SEE-zur" isn't my cup of tea (and to be honest, I'm not sure how my SO pronounces it because I've only seen it written, since we were typing the conversation where it came up).
