Ghita... Any info on this name?

I saw this name on tv the other day. I've googled it and know it is Italian, but I'm still unsure of pronunciation and meaning (some sources say "sparkle" and others say "pearly"). Obviously it would rhyme with Rita, but I'm unsure of the "gh" sound... Is it like Gigi or Gaby??

Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Thanks. Eh, oh well... I liked it as jee-tuh but not as gee-tuh.
