hmmm... really like Eila, but think the spelling/pronounciation will be tough.

    We're down to Maya, Ari/Ariana, Emilia/Emmy, Eila/Isla, Jordana, or Aliya/Liya, Still can't decide!

Ariana/Ari is the clear winner to me with siblings Ezra and Eden. I like Isla next best.

A non-E name just really frees you up if you decide to have more children.

All your choices are very nice, though. Whatever you choose will be lovely.

    Congrats or Mazel Tov!
I love Ezra and Eden great names however I do think it would be strange to not have an 'e' name. I mean this sibling set Florence, Frederick & Freya works whereas Florence, Frederick & Verity doesn't because Verity with her 'V' name seems out-casted and doesn't visually look right. You'll have the same issue if you decide against using an 'e' name, I think anyway.

I like Ivy, Maya, Aliya, Emanuelle (prefer Emmanuelle without the other 'm' it feels strange) and Emilia. Out of these choices my favourite is Emilia. Just because Emilia sounds so great with Ezra and Eden they have a similar feel. They're short 'e' names and look really fresh together. I like this sibling set.

    Suggestions:
    Evie -
    Ezra, Eden & Evie

    Elia -
    Ezra, Eden & Elia

    Evita -
    Ezra, Eden & Evita

    Eleora -
    Ezra, Eden & Eleora

    Eliana -
    Ezra, Eden & Eliana

    Ellice -
    Ezra, Eden & Ellice

Eppie (nickname of Hephzibah, her nickname could work as a cute name in her own right)-
    Ezra, Eden & Eppie

    Esther -
    Ezra, Eden & Esther

    Eviana -
    Ezra, Eden & Eviana

    Erith -
    Ezra, Eden & Erith

Names that don't begin with 'e' that could work:
    Belle -
    Ezra, Eden & Belle

    Aviva -
    Ezra, Eden & Aviva

    Ayelet -
    Ezra, Eden & Ayelet

    Hadassah (my Hebrew name ; ) ) -
    Ezra, Eden & Hadassah

    Ilana -
    Ezra, Eden & Ilana

    Lila -
    Ezra, Eden & Lila

    Levana -
    Ezra, Eden & Levana

    Noa -
    Ezra, Eden & Noa

    Miriam -
    Ezra, Eden & Miriam

    Ariella (prefer to Arielle) -
    Ezra, Eden & Ariella

    Zahava -
    Ezra, Eden & Zahava

Personally 'e' names are better but here are some other options if you want to stray away from that letter.

    Anyway hope that helped

The Hebrew name Eila isn't pronounced like Isla, the first syllable is ay- (rhymes with bay). Ayla might be a better transliteration, and it does seem to fit your style.

Evangeline would be a good choice since it alludes to biblical origins. Then you have a wide range of nicknames. I like Evey as a zippy nickname.

    Other suggestions:
    Ever
    Esme
    Edith (Edie)
    Echo

Other suggestions that don't start with an E:
    Tessa (Tess)
    Miriam (Mimi)
