With the last name Hart I prefer Sarah because it's 2 syllables. Claire Hart is a bit difficult to say. What do you think of Clara? Clara Hart has lovely flow.

Sarah Evelyn Hart is really lovely. I think that's a fabulous choice.

Clara Monet Hart also works well.

Hmm. As dreambelievelove said before, Sarah and Claire are pretty but they are very common. How about using Claire as a middle? Here are some names that I thought might sound pretty with Claire.

    Eleanor Claire
    Eva Claire
    Winifred Claire
    Felicity Claire
    Matilda Claire
    Hannah Claire
    Louisa Claire
    Eliza Claire
    Olivia Claire
    Fiona Claire
    Julia Claire

Good luck! I hope this helps.
