Mabel Mary True- it's sweet but while any of the names would be refreshing to see on a child today, all together it seems a bit 1950s
Imogen Kate- I find Kate too nicknamey on its own, but love Imogen!
Octavia Kate- Octavia is gorgeous, elegant and strong, but perhaps overpowers Kate a little
Briar Grace/Briar Kate- Briar is too cutesy for me
Beatrix Kate- Beatrix Katherine would be lovely. Beatrix is spunky and cute but still ages well.
Esme Kate- Esme sounds a bit slimy, sorry
Tamsin- sweet and unique. If you really need a nickname you could use Tassie or Amy, but it's short enough to work on its own
Saoirse- beautiful, sounds magical and I like the idea of honouring your heritage. I'm in Canada too and we're such a multicultural country that people take all sorts of foreign spellings/names in stride.

Gabriel John Paul/Gabriel Benson- love Gabriel, but Gabriel John Paul sounds really Catholic to me
George- It seems I should love this but find the sound a bit heavy and harsh
Arthur- charming, historical and regal, with royal connections!
    Theodore- handsome and classy
    Tobias- unusual, refreshingly vintage
Xander- it seems too nicknamey to me
Deacon- I can't help but think of the step in the Holy Order before priesthood. To me it's like naming a child Priest or Bishop- not really a name
Samuel- classic but doesn't "pop" for me
    ~Love names, literature, royals and horses~ <3

My fav girl pick would be Mary Kate. I don't care for Mabel. If Beatrix were Beatrice, I would love that. Your naming style is just different than my own. Love, love, love Tobias! Great name.
