    I love Hawthorne, Hawk and North, but am not keen on Northrop. Like Thorne too.

    I like them as a sib-set but on their own I only like Hawthorn.
    I love the idea of finding a boys name that starts with North- but Northrop feels like an odd mixture of sad/pathetic and violent to me.

    Hawthorne is great. I like it a lot.

    Northrop, not so much. It immediately reminded me of throw-up.

    Hawthorne and North would be great.

    Hawthorne & Northrop is nice but I don't like these names.
