Mr. and Mrs. Bennett have 5 daughters: Harriet *Hattie*, Penelope *Pippa*, Isabel *Bel*, Margaret *Maisie*, and Eve *Evie*. The eldest, Hattie, is a beautiful 22 year old woman with blond hair. She has a kind and gentle disposition and never speaks badly about anyone. The second born, Pippa, is a quick witted, vivacious 20 year old with dark hair, and she is her father's favorite. The middle daughter, Bel, is studious, preferring to read instead of dancing. And the two youngest, Evie and Maisie, are wild, flirtatious teenagers.

According to neighborhood gossip, a young, single gentlemen is going to be residing in one of the nearby homes. Shortly after, there is a ball, and he is in attendance.

Abraham *Bram* is instantly taken with the eldest Bennett daughter. Bram and Hattie dance many dances and spend the whole evening talking. Mrs. Bennett is incredibly excited and believes they will be married soon. However, one of his friends, James, believes this is a bad match, and their supposed engagement is delayed. After many months, James sees that he is wrong, and a few months later, Bram and Hattie marry. They retire in a beautiful manor not far from her old home. They have three children: Jack, Simon & Emma.

Pippa is having a excellent time at the ball. She has danced many dances and is being praised as one of the prettiest young ladies in town. However, not everyone is enraptured with the second Bennett daughter. James only find miss Bennett tolerable at best. Yet the more he sees her, the more he is charmed by her and he slowly falls in love with her. Pippa sees James as proud and does not care if he dislikes her. As time goes on, she sees a different side of him and slowly falls in love with him. They get married and retire in his family estate. They have a happy marriage and five children: Marcus, Catherine *Kate*, Ava, Grey, & Elliot.

Bel is having a horrid time at the ball. She would rather read than sit around and wait for a gentlemen to dance with her. She tries to play the piano and sing but that goes terribly wrong. Fortunately, a pompous young minister, John, comes along and stays with their family. The family dislikes him, yet Bel falls in love with him. The young minister, seeing that he needs a wife, marries Bel. John is too busy catering to his patron, lady Augusta, than paying attention to his young wife. They have one son, William.

Maisie and Evie are having the time of their life at the ball. They are incredibly excited that gentlemen from the militia are there. Evie falls in love with one of the officers, Hugh, and creates a scandal by running away with him. They secretly get married, and have twins: Hazel & Stella. Maisie marries an officer as well, named Louis. They have no children.
