    Another vote for Barnaby.
Bartleby makes me think of "Bartleby the Scrivner"

I have always been fond of Barnaby and I think it fits Cecily wonderfully.

While I don't hate Bartleby, it makes me think of a sad person from the literature connection in "Bartleby the Scrivner".

Jonas Barnaby is lovely and flows a lot better than Jonas Bartleby.

Bartleby just sounds sort of goofy. Barnaby is a little better. You just dont want to give him a middle name he will be embarrassed with. I really like Jonas though!
