    I think with middle names you can do whatever you like - she can always say the H is for Helen if mortified by it in later life. Having said that it sounds more like a cute nickname for a very small child than a given name to carry through life to me.

    I think it's possible for a boy's middle name, but definitely not a girl.

    Honestly, it's your decision. I had never thought of it (I had a cat with the name) and twain appeals to me more but if you find a first name to fit then go for it!

    It's really out there, and I think it only works in fiction. Or maybe as a nickname.
