    I always pronounced it Seer-See...I think Sur-See may be how they pronounce it on the HBO show Game of Thrones as well (don't hold me to that, not entirely sure).

    I prefer Sur-see. In German it's sort of pronounced like Tsier-tse. (very soft r).
