    Amias? Nicknames?

I have recently found the name Amias and fallen in love with it... I have lots of ideas of what middles to use with it as a first name, but am not sure if it is:
    A) too girly?
    B) does it have any nicknames for a boy?

Some of the combos I like with it are:

    Amias Adair
    Amias Berkeley
    Amias Bravery
    Amias Champion
    Amias Fox
    Amias Francis
    Amias Lorenzo
    Amias Loyal
    Amias Noble
    Amias Powers

How do you pronounce this - uh-my-us? uh-me-us?

When I look at it, all I think of is Amy...so that's a no-go for me.

Hmm, I do like the sound of it. Perhaps Ames could be a nn? (prn like James without the J)

I like Ames or maybe Mio (MEE-o, rhyming with Leo --- though I guess it could be MY-o too if it worked better with the pronunciation) for a nickname.
