I think Pia is lovely on its own, but if you wanted a longer name maybe Philippa or Ophelia?
Fave names: Astrid, Anise, Annika, Cleo, Gabrielle, Holly, Marnie, Mardi, Miranda, Miriam, Poppy, Sydney

I'm from Australia, so when I'm referring to popularity I'm using Aussie lists.

My first thought was Portia nn Pia. I think really anything that ends in "ia" and contains a "P" could work--Patricia, Portia, Olympia, even Paulina/Polina.

I agree with the posters who recommended using Pia alone. It's sweet and spunky. If you really want a longer name option, you can consider Cassiopeia (cassie-o-PEE-uh), nickname Peia or Pia.
