    I know the song you're talking about. "And the women were cryin' cryin' cryin'.." Having loved the film as a child, re-watching it was...enlightening. The women are kidnapped, and have their human dignity outwardly mocked, and then must fall prey to Stockholm syndrome because they marry these brutes. Yet I guiltily enjoyed the film despite the unapologetic misogyny.

    No names to add. Vantine is pretty cool though.
