Christian is a very common boys name around here. Christiana (a la Pilgrim's Progress) is a favorite of mine, but my husband's name is Christopher, so I've set it aside as inviting too much confusion. I'm secretly hoping I get a grandbaby with the name someday, though.

Cana just got added to the list this afternoon. It's growing on me. We have a 1 syllable last name beginning with K, and I worry that it would sound too "punchy"?

Galilee is very intriguing. My husband seems to have an aversion to "G" names, though. He's nixed both Gabriella and Gideon. One of our daughters has the middle name Lily, so it would lose the cute nickname bonus. :/ Otherwise, it definitely has potential...

    Thanks for keeping me thinking!

There have been so many suggestions already. I can only think of a few.

Beulah: as in Beulah land (Isa 62:4)
Harper: King Davids instrument and an instrument of praise and thanksgiving (Psalm 147:7)
    Melody: Eph 5:9
    Shanna: lily

or looking at a meaning for example "dedicated to God" which of course is the meaning of Elizabeth. You could then give them a reference from the bible (like Hannah dedicating Samuel to God). This opens it up to Elizabeth and all it's diminutives:

Elisheba, Lisbeth, Elsbeth, Elsie, Eliza, Ailsa, Bettina etc.
One little lad: Frederick (Freddy) born 2014

    LITTLE LADIES
    Isobel | Matilda | Penelope | Stephanie
pledged to God | battle warrior | weaver | garland

    LIVELY LADS
Angus “Gus” | Frederick “Freddy” | Jack | William “Will”
one strength | peaceful ruler | God is gracious | resolute protection

Current name crushes: Maeva, Bennett & Evander "Van"

Let's see... My vote would be for one of these:
    Mercy
    Naomi
    Harmony
    Eden
Galilee/Galilea (cute nickname potential Lily or Lea)
    Promise
    Verity
Olive/Olivia/Olivet?Olivette(olive brach, peace, Noah's ark, mount of Olives, Sermon on the Mount)
    Joanna/Johanna
    Susannah
    Tabitha
Zipporah (I think Zippy is a cute nickname)
    Miriam
Priscilla (Prissy, not so cute. Cilla, cute.)
    Phoebe
    Junia
Noa/Noah (Noa as a girls name occurs in Numbers 26:33)

    God bless!
