How about Juliette Sky? When I suggested my own favorite Juliet (emphasis on the front) my mother in law, who speaks french, urged the french spelling Juliette (emphasis on the end) instead. Not what I want but it is beautiful (and not overly french)

After seeing your thread I had to suggest my little niece's name, Francine. I'm not sure if anyone suggested it to you yet but I think it's adorable. It seems to be getting more popular which I think is what my sister tried to avoid when naming her, (shrug) but it is so pretty. We usually call her Cici, but sometimes she gets Francie and my uncle calls her Frenchie which is also adorable......
Here are some other french names that I love

    Alouette/Alouetta
    Louisa
    Bijou
    Colletta
    Marguerite

& some word names for mn's

    Amore
    Love/Lovey
    Breeze
    Mystery
    Sonnet
    Haven
    Justice
    Mercy
    Tea
    Crimson
    Cloud
    Dance
    Song
    Gem
    Story
