Classic Whimsical British sibset : need advice

So we have a son called "Henry Oliver". Would love some advice on names for a potential Baby #2 that fit with his name.

    My favorites are:

    Boy
    Charles Theodore "Charlie"

    Girl
    Margaret Alice "Margo"
    or
    Margaret Gwenyth "Margo"

Big question .... is "Margo" a substantial enough first name to go with "Henry". I'm leaning towards a timeless name like "Margaret" to be the full name and choosing a nickname like "Margo" (my husband loves Margo). If Margo is strong enough perhaps that should be the first name instead of Margaret?

I've also toyed with the idea of first names : Penelope nn "Poppy" and for boys "George"

Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Charles Theodore is really nice, though I actually prefer Theodore Charles, with nn Theo.

Personally, I think Margo, especially spelled Margot, is absolutely a substantial enough name to go nicely with Henry. I like it a lot better than Margaret. It's much more interesting, I feel. That said, Margaret goes nicely with Henry, too.

I like Margo(t)/Margaret Alice much better than Margo(t)/Margaret Gwenyth.

I prefer Penelope over Margaret. But If you end up going with Margaret I like your first combo of Margaret Alice!

I think Margot is perfectly fine as a first name. I also like Marguerite as an alternative to Margaret (Yes, it's French, but it was one of the Queen Mother's middle names)
