I love the middle name May -- Valentina May, Angelina May, Viola May, Vivian(a) May are my favorites. And i really like Otto for the boy!

I like Valentina May and Sofia Alessandra best of your girl combos.

I like Antonio Lorenz or Anthony Renzo, but if you were able to move away from the Anthony names, I love Augustine, Valentino, Renzo and Vincent.
    Vincent Valentino?

Loving Valentina and Viola. Clara and Lucia are also really charming--Clara's a favorite of mine.
May and Clair are both really lovely middle names.

Have you thought about Antonia? A little Ana would be so sweet.
    Antonia Clair
    Antonia Rose
    Antonia May

    My favourite combos would be:
Angelina Clair - but I would spell it Claire or Clare rather than Clair. Still a beautiful sound.
Angelina May - But slight preference to Mae.
    Viola Claire
    Viviana Mae
    Angelina Florence
    Florence Vivian (or Vivien).

Is Fiorella an option? It feels unexpected compared to the beautiful-but-popular Sofia and a bit less sharply tailored than Florence. I do like simple Flora as well.

For whatever reason, while I love Veronica and Valeria, I've never loved Valentina. Valentina Rose sounds like the sort of name a lot of people would love but I just can't, its TOO sweet for me, a bit cotton-candy like.

For boys, I really love Anthony. And Antoine.

Anthony Vincent would be my definite favourite of your boy combos.

I really like Domenico/Dominic and Dante but am not sure of combos that work with Antonio/Anthony.
