I would only consider a surname that had some family significance, but I could definitely see some of the choices that you suggested working, Perez, Roselli, Ricci in particular.

Using my family tree, I think these could work if I wanted to use them:

Allegra (I do plan to use this one, as it's the original spelling of my maiden name, before my great-grandfather Anglicized it)
    Monaco
    DaVia /Davia
    Fidemi
    Masi
    Gulisano
    Pavlo

Katarina/Caterina, Irena, Silvia, Aniela, Delfina, Raffaella, Apollonia, Cecilia, Pasqualina, Rosalind/Rosina, Josephine, Allegra, Alba, Leokadia, Annunziata, Bronya, Adrasteia, Vincenza, Althea, Eurydice, Regina, Mirella, Arianell

I've always thought Rosen would make an awesome first name. Unisex even. I can imagine it on a girl if you don't want to go as girlie as Rose or Rosalie or on a guy with the nickname Ren.

    Or the nickname Zen!

Bonamy is a family name and on my boy list. I'd only use it as a mn for a girl because I don't like the potential nn's- Bonnie & Amy. For a boy, I like the nn Ami "aw-mee"

Another family name I love is Ramsey

Not family names but I love
    Beringer
    Germaine
    Ballantine

    Shea * Jade * Azure * Eden * Fox * Greer
    Lotus * Tallulah * Noor * Jasper * Linden * Arden
