    I like Perrine, Perine, Perrin, Petrine, Petra, Perinea, Pierra, Petronia, Pierina, Pieretta (all with middle name Gryn or Gwyn) and even Peregwyn (nn Gwyn)

    Peregrin Took from Lord of the Rings, is best known as Pippin/Pip! You could always have a Pippa!
