    Some of my favourites:

    Izarra - Basque for star.

Esther, and diminutives like Estee. Not as fond of Hester, but it does tie interestingly into Hesper, which like Vesper is tied to the evening star in Greek mythology. I like Hesperia, too.

Ayelet - Hebrew for morning star. 3 syllables, not as in Violet.

Lyra is very pretty but I am oddly partial to Andromeda.

    Andromeda
Bellatrix - unfortunately the HP has rendered it unusable
    Galatea

I like several others for boys, as well.
    Silas ~ Gideon ~ Lincoln ~ Ezekiel ~ Malachi ~ Samuel ~ Ezra ~ Charlie ~ Gabriel ~ Elliott
    Maisie ~ Sophie ~ Naomi ~ Willa ~ Evangeline ~ Freya ~ Vivienne ~ Nora ~ Josephine ~ Daphne

Damn I guess was thinking of Lyra being pronounced like lyric. I really don't like it pronounced with the long I.

And don't worry, I take all baby name meaning definitions with a grain of salt. I like Behind the Name. But I will say Nameberry seems to be more accurate than most baby name sites.

Bellatrix has to be basically the most beautiful name ever ever but it was doubly ruined for me by the immense popularity of HP and the - to me - inexplicable popularity of Twilight, which caused what history will come to know as the Bella Boom.
