I love old names too. I would suggest to just use Annie. It's a beautiful, classic, vintage name and totally acceptable to use on its own. And if you're looking for vintage, "nickname" names were the most popular in the late 19th century with Annie at #14. However here are some other suggestions if you are set against this:

    Anneliese
    Anya
    Angelina
    Savannah
    Susannah
    Georgeanne
    Julianne

I don't think any of these have been mentioned... I've just tried to name names with the "an" sound, since it
    sounds like Anne:

    Diana/Diane
    Candida
    Annevieve
    Susan/Suzanne/Susannah
    Georgiana (love this!)
    Annecy
    Annette
    Cassandra
    Alana
    Angelica
    Yolanda
    Alexandra/Alessandra
    Annabetta
    Melania
    Annemarie

I also love Anneliese, Miranda, and Evangeline.
