These might be usable. I would stay away from Hatfield if you are in the US because of the Hatfield and McCoy feud. Lauren and Caroll are nice, but are generally thought of as girl's names, as is Haven.

The spelling Lauren would generally be used for a girl now, Loren would be for a boy. Could "Talc out" be Talcott? I think Haven has gone to the girls. I worked with a Demetrius, who was called Deme (dee-mee) for short. He was really nice. Grosvenor is pron. "grohv-ner" in England.
The number of surnames on the list is because it was not unusual to give family names, particularly the maiden names, to sons. My step-father is named after his father, so he is Brantley ---- III. His brother was given his mother's and grandmother's maiden names, so he is Walcott Smithson ----.

Maitland - I know a little girl named Mailane (I don't remember the spelling, it was pronounce May-lyn-d)

Walden - Wally, Denny. I could see it
Courtlandt - I actually know a Courtland, he goes by Court
Bolton - good dog name!
Morris - actually sorta boring, brothers Walter and Alfred
Danford - yep, I could see this
Waldron - Wally! this could work
Algernon - aww, love the book, sorta okay
Birney - I know a Bernie, so I don't know why this couldn't be usable, bit different but okay
Theophylact - this reminds me of Theophilus in the Bible, not usable, but Theophilus might be
Tilden - I sorta like this one
Dixon - I think this could be usable
Jabez - Bible name, I could see this as usable "Jay" "Jaz" "Buz"
