While I have to agree that I'm not a fan of the name, I can easily see the appeal of it. Also even though it strikes me as a made-up name, it still has the same sounds as more solid and recognizable names. For that reason I think pretty much any classic name not ending in "lee" could go. Personally I would put it with a recognizable name to balance out the more unique first. In addition, one or three+ syllables would sound best. So:
Ridley Alexander
Ridley Benjamin
Ridley Christopher (love this one)
Ridley Drew
Ridley Elijah
Ridley Frederick
Ridley Flynn
Ridley Gabriel (love this one too)
Ridley Harrison
Ridley Matthew (only two syllables, but it seems to work for me)
Ridley Nicholas
Ridley Quinn (though it might sounds too feminine with the unisex middle)
Ridley Samuel
Ridley Seth
Ridley William (too many "L"s?)

I'd for something that is 1 or 3 syllables seeing as first and last are both 2 syllables, this will help to balance the name.
