I agree with the majority. London sounds more feminine to me. I think Sebastian London is great.

What about using one of the boroughs of London instead:

    Camden
    Brent
    Richmond
    Merton
    Sutton
    Bexley
    Barnet
    Harrow
    Olivia/Livia/Livy/Liv : Thessaly/Darah/Bethel : Noelle/Eve
    Benedict/Eli: Jude/Zane: Luke/Darius : Levi/Phineas/Calvin

I agree with kala_way to maybe use a bourough. I like Sebastian over London as a first name.

Although I do not think London has "gone to the girls" at all, I am not a fan of place names. And Sebastian has always been a favorite of mine. I also love the nn Sebi. I'm not really a fan of the flow of Sebastian London because of the double "n"s, but I like that his middle name would have significance and it's not like lots of people will hear it together anyway. Definitely a vote here for Sebastian London.
