    Hey there!
I love your description of a quirky, sassy, bookish and independent little child. That describes our oldest quite well and I kinda knew she'd be that way as soon as I found out I was expecting a girl. The description is a little bit me and a little bit DH rolled together.

Here are the names that I like and think fit that description the best from your list. I'll put a star next to my favs for you:
    Alienor
    Amoret*
    Beatrice
    Calliope
Constance (this is one of my guilty pleasure names)*
    Daphne
Delphine (I really got into this name a few months ago)*
    Eugenie*
    Garnet*
    Isolde
    Jessamine
    Juno
    Livia (I love Liv names)
    Juno
    Maris*
    Moira
    Nerissa
    Noemi
    Ophelia (another guilty pleasure!)
Opal (I'm adding this as a suggestion)
Raphaela (loved it cause of a nn potential Fae, which is what we call our Fiona)
    Romilly
    Thalia*
    Una
    Viva
    Wife to one great guy
Mama to six pretty ladies: Scarlett (12), Penelope (9), Alice (3), Fiona (3), Lucille (15 mo.) & Coraline (15 mo.)

& 4 angels gone before us: Christian (7 wks), Amos (6 wks), Naomi (16.5 wks), & Hosanna (6 wks)

    No

Alcyone (pronunciation will constantly be butchered)
Alienor (can you find a different Provencale spelling that doesn't start with Alien? And doesn't rely on a diacritical mark to make the pronunciation work?)
Amatrix (seems like a dominatrix name)
    Anahera (agree with emma)
Asherah (pagan fertility goddess, would avoid. Human sacrifice, etc)
Atalanta (love the idea, not wearable, is dominated by the city in Georgia)
    Asia (very popular porn name)
Aura (as in, can I read your? A little hippy rather than bookish and independent)
Beata (I LOVE it but it will be read as Beat-a)
    Beatula (not usable)
Calliope (this is the hurdy-gurdy at the carnival)
Celestine (a male name, the name of multiple popes-- would love Celeste, though)
    Circe (bad guy, and mispronounced)
Dido (owned by the singer, and one l away from dildo)
    Dione (will be mispronounced)
Elettra (electricity kind of dominates this)
Elvira (Mistress of the Dark, and not very pretty)
    Eos (iOS operating system)
Eunice (old-lady, not in the good way)
Eupheme (will be mispronounced, and you have far better options)
    Fabella (like fable)
    Formosa (colonial name for Taiwan)
    Garnet (you have lovelier names)
    Hero (not wearable)
    Hersilia (looks like hirsute)
    Isis (major deity)
    Juno (ditto)
    Jessica (80s rather than Shakespearean)
Josephine (not quirky or interesting enough)
Leaina (too many vowels, cannot pronounce)
Livia (eternally confused with much-more-popular Olivia)
Lux (you have better light-names; the aesthetics aren't nice. Sounds like Flux)
    Messalina (too diva)
    Melusine (monster)
Moira (not at all the desired imagery)
    Naida (would like Nereida)
Nimue (will be mispronounced, Niniane is out?)
    Noemi (required diacritical marks)
    Ocellina (not wearable)
    Ondine (bad guy)
Ortensia (not even this can make Hortense an option)
    Ovidia (eggs!)
    Ophelia (earlier concerns about BPD?)
Quintia (only works in masculine form)
    Roksana (Persian prostitute)
Saga (an everyday word now, not usable)
Sollemnia (you have the lovely, trim Solenne; this isn't usable)
    Stella (too popular)
Tindra (this is the Swedish Nevaeh, much reviled there from what I understand. Just means 'sparkly')
Twila (Native American name, somewhat redneck in the US)
Una (I know this has more currency in the UK, but I don't consider it usable. It's an indefinite article in many Latin languages)
    Vanessa (80s)
    Vendula (not wearable)
    Venatura (like Bonaventure)
Viatrix (still sounds pharmaceutical, like Viagra)
Viva (this is one's thesis defense)
    Vivinna (did you mean Viviana?)
Xanthe (will be mispronounced, just a color)
    Blade, MD

    XY: Antoine Raphael (3.1.2012)
    XX: Cassia Viviane Noor (11.30.2013)

Eulalie, Illyria, Romilly, and Junia are perfect and spunky. Many of the others are nice too- but these stand out.
Proud mama to L. and S.E.R.

    *Magnolia Alice/ Evangeline Snow/ Adelaide Clover/Annabelle Violet/
    Wesley Rohan/ Hugo Phelan/August Grey/Thatcher Fox/ Ignatius Grey/Caius Grey*
