Maysin William is a boy due in Feb. She doesn't care about the 'may sin' possibility. The y is a must, because she has a y replacing a 'normal' letter in her name (Kristyn). The i makes it different, which she likes. And, yes, being a berry I told her that just because she messed with the spelling so much the name was still Mason. And that the y when there usually isn't one there made it different. She didn't think that was different enough. So the o changed to an i! I love my friend, but *shudder*!!
