nessielove- I am so sorry to hear about your best friend's brother. That is so sad and devistating to hear about. 17 is way to young to go and it just proves that bullying can bring those that we love to their breaking point. Otherwise I am happy that you have entered into your ttw and that you get your bfp this cycle. I am glad that you are feeling optimistic because it is so much better than feeling hopeless. I hope that you stay strong and can get through the rough days ahead.

@Riversong, welcome to our thread! I too am worried about pelvic adhesions and scar tissue blocking my fallopian tubes. What is the removal like? Are you put all the way out for it or just under twilight sedation? It sounds like you are allowed to just jump right into TTC afterward without any kind of a recovery time afterward? Is there a lot of pain and soreness? How badly were your adhesions and scar tissues blocking conception?

@Vec, I hope your appointment on Friday brings you some clear answers. It must be so frustrating to not know what's going on with your cycles. But doctors can help with things like that, and I think it's great that you're going in just two days!

@Vanessa, I wish you luck in your two-week wait...and I am so sorry to hear about your friend's brother! Seventeen years old, a high school senior, his whole life was ahead of him...and to think that the tragedy could have been so easily avoided if his peers had just shown a little respect and compassion! What is wrong with our society that kids have become so cruel and monstrous! I'll be thinking of you as you work through the grief and help to hold your friend up.

@Vanessa - What a tragedy. My heart goes out to you and to your friend's family. Suicide is so heartbreaking, especially in someone so young.

So I have been faithfully reading and following this thread all year. Even though I wasn't TTC, my heart was with all of you with every update.

I'm here now because my husband and I had a long talk and even though it is a little sooner than we planned as we just got married 2 months ago, we have decided to officially start TTC! I am so excited!

I've been on the pill for about a year, but had regular, normal periods before that. I still have another week left on my pack, and I don't really want to just stop mid-pack, but honestly, BC makes me a crazy hormonal person and I can't wait to get off it. Any advice on that?

Do you ladies think I'm crazy for TTC this soon into our marriage? We've known we've wanted children since we started dating, but we really only have been married for 2 months. Has anyone else started early into their marriage?

@Vanessa- how heartbreaking. My prayers are with your friend's family.

Welcome, dindlee! I was wondering if you'd join soon! I would finish up the pack of bc pills... it's just one more week and then you can start fresh!

Vanessa, I am so sorry to hear the tragedy about your friend's brother. Such a sad story. You and they will be in my thoughts.

Good luck to those of you in your tww. I'm in the "boring" phase, as Alzora calls it. In not really TTC news, I have finished up my medical tests (for now) and I have my first specialist appointment in a week.
