@Alzora, I'm not being treat for PCOS right now. I was diagnosed at about 19 when my cycles were crazy irregular; I think I went about 6 months without a period. My doctor put me on BCP to regulate things, which worked. I went off the pills for several years in my 20s and found my cycles were fairly regular, although a little long (35 days instead of 28). Diet and exercise made a huge difference for me. I talked to my doctor last year and she said to wait and see, because I was looking pretty healthy and some people with PCOS don't have trouble conceiving (if it's mild). She also said to come see her if after a few months things aren't happening, so we can see if I need treatment. I just finished my last set of pills this week so as soon as AF starts, probably tomorrow, we will jump in the TTC game. (Or at least the NTNP game for now). Because of the PCOS, I plan on charting my temperatures this cycle and onwards so I'll be able to tell if I'm ovulating.
I love all of your support on here! There's really no one in real life I can discuss these thing with. Woot Woot for the baby dance, Alzora
I on day 14 of my cycle. 10 days to go! I don't expect to get a BFP this month only because we were doing so many tests, that I'm pretty sure we missed our window. There were 4+ days that we were a no-go due to procedures. Meh.
BUT Day 1 of next cycle I get to start on Clomid and HCG shots.mamacravings.com

@alzora- my screen name was something I just kind of came up with when my husband wanted me to play PS3 with him, that didn't last long... Lol! No real good story or meaning behind it. I just liked the word seiren and how it played well when paired with reign, also that they were spelled similarly was a plus.
I'm currently in my TWW and my breasts are sore so we shall see, fingers crossed. (It would be great to be pregnant before sept 1st, the EDD of my miscarriage in January)
Good luck to all!

I've been lurking on this thread for awhile and I thought I might join in the community. My husband and I are planning on beginning our ttc journey really soon and I cannot wait. I was wondering if anyone else's husband was really nervous to start. My husband wants a baby as badly as I do but I think it's something to do with the hormones because I am rearing to go but he is still a bit frightened of what it will mean for us and if he will be able to be a good daddy. I know he will and just the fact that he cares so much makes it clear to me that he is really thinking about it a lot. Anyway good luck to everyone in their tww and I can't wait to get to know all of you!23 year old name lover with a passion for art history married for three years to my much better half
