Leo in his sister's name (in fact, in the days when the loss of a child was far more common, it was nearly a standard practice to give a child the same name as their deceased sibling). I assume Lev was Leo's Hebrew name?
Louise, Luna and Lu all share different name roots than Leo. What about
Leonie (this is very chic in France right now)
Leontine (or Leontyne, like the singer)
Eleora (which is Hebrew, meaning 'God has given')Blade, MD
XY: Antoine Raphael (3.1.2012)
XX: Cassia Viviane Noor (11.30.2013)

I think Audrey Lev is a lovely name and it works fine. My one reservation might be that since Liv is so much more familiar as a girls' name this may be what people hear - but this won't come up that much really in the middle spot.
Besides all the lion related suggestions above there's Ariel, another traditionally male name in Hebrew with a meaning related to lions that is however more familiar as a girls' name in the US. Audrey Ariel (or Audrey Arielle, etc.) is quite pretty to me.
