Name facts forum?
How about setting up a name facts forum on Nameberry? Where people can inquire about the meanings and origins of names that aren't in the database, and also about pronunciations.

Considering how flawed the NB database is, I think this could be a very smart idea.
Florence Maud- Mary Valentine - Ada Imogen - Clementine Everly - Esmée Alexandra | Benedict Henry - Lucan Frederick - Augustine Louis - Emory Patrick - Theodore John

I concur - the database here lacks any real info, but there are quite a few members who do a lot of research, I think this would be helpful.

I agree. I've spent a long time researching European names and have spotted mistakes and omissions in the database here. For example, Amaia is listed as Spanish - it's actually Basque. Alessandra is listed as being Italian and Spanish when in truth it's just Italian - the Spanish form is Alejandra. It would be nice if there was some way to correct the mistakes.

I think any database as vast as Nameberry's is likely to have mistakes, but it would be nice to have a way we can submit anything that's wrong in terms of history and pronunciation, especially given that many names have different pronunciations in different languages or countries.
