Pearl Izumi is the name of a company that makes cycling accessories (I discovered while Xmas shopping for my dad). But I think it would make a stunning name for a baby girl, if it weren't taken for its original purpose of course! Any suggestions of names with the same effect? I love the meanings and sounds of Japanese names especially paired with evocatice and old-fashioned English names.

I love Japanese names (probably because I read and watch so much manga and anime). What about Pearl Asami? That has a similar vibe to Pearl Izumi.
I adore Suki, but not sure how it would go for a Western world baby- especially one that grows up speaking English- because Suki will be mispronounced as Sucky more than once.
Here are some of my favorite Japanese names that you haven't listed:
Kaiya (I'm not sure whether this, Kaia or Kaya is the original spelling)
