Sister for an imaginary Tatiana?
Hey Berries!
I love the name Tatiana, its probably moved to first placed on my Girls list. If I do/did name a future little girl Tatiana I'd make her middle names classical and vintage, but still common enough that they aren't a spectacle. But what would I name her sister? I predominantly like Russian, German, French, and a few Irish or Welsh names. I think I'd want something princessy and girly - similar; but at the same time not exactly the same? I hope that makes sense!
So suggestions are very welcome! As well as opinions on the name, I originally posted that her nn would be Anna/Annie, but I have re-thought it, and I am liking Tatia!

My first instinctive respons was I think I'd want a variant of Catherine, and there's a bunch of ways to go, this is just a few:
Ekaterina
Katerina
Caterina
Catriona
Katia
Katrina
Or, for something different, something like Veronika/Veronique, or Valeriya/Valeria.
I'm not sure how close is too close but these seem to flatter each other, to me:
Tatiana and Katerina
Tatiana and Valeria

Olga would probably be too cheesy (with both the sisters in Onegin and Tsar Nicholas II's two eldest daughters being named Olga and Tatiana), though I love the combination of those names

Tatiana and Valeria
Tatiana and Elizaveta
Tatiana and Alexandra
Tatiana and Feodora
Tatiana and Nadezhda
Tatiana and ZariaZelia • Nineteen • Name and history nerd from an early ageTrying hard to export old Danish names, Astrid Lindgren names, Greenlandic names and names from the Norse mythology.
If you have a moment to spare, I'd appreciate it if you would vote on my namelist & my (updated) list of guilty pleasure names!
