Lydia, from when I first read Pride and Prejudice back in middle school. I still like Lydia, but it's not a top name anymore.

    Miriam

I always wanted to be called Miriam. Now I look back on it and think, what was so special about that name?

Holly. I'd liked other names before but the first name I seriously fell in love with was Holly after my favourite character in 'Casualty'. I must have been about thirteen. I still love the name but it's so popular : (

There were a few, but I remember really really loving Ailsa at about 5. It was the name of a girl who was a few years older than me, and I really admired her. I would just say it over and over thinking how pretty it was.

I can't say I still love it, but it's definitely a lovely name.
