Cynthia, which is my own name. Many people said it is very dated, old lady name. But then I thought, I am even younger than most people who said it. *sigh
Cynthia's pretty, mythological, and even classic to me.

    Amanda
    Stephanie
Alicia (is it really considered dated?)
    Agnes
    Esther

    Dawn.
I think it's beautiful, but it definitely has that dated feel.

Laura-Kate. Or any double-barreled Kate name. As a kid I was entranced by Mary Lou Retton, and I thought having a double-barreled name was the height of coolness. I guess part of me still does. :-)

Whitney- Sounds so clean and crisp, and the W softens it a bit.
Chelsea- on a girl or boy.

I love the name Cheryl. It just sounds so bright and clear to me, like a bell
