Although I prefer Genevieve, I think Alexandria Carolene is the best "fit" with Sianna's name. I was hesitant at first because the two names share a similar "an" sound but then I realized that all of your names do too especially Roxanne.
    All the best,

I love Roxanne, though I prefer the Roxane spelling, especially with Sianna. I think Alexandria and Genevieve are a little too frilly for Sianna. I like Emmalee too. Have you considered Emmaline?

I would prefer Emmalee if it was spelled Emily. I knew an Emmalee in high school, she hated her name. Everyone spelled it wrong and she constantly got asked why it was spelled that way. So I voted Roxanne.

Genevieve! It's frilly, but it starts with a G which is a decidedly un-feminine letter, so it counter-balances the French spelling and gives Genevieve the chance to be spunky, tomboyish, or elegant. Plus, you can always go with Genna or Evie or Eve

Genevieve Carolene sounds gorgeous and I feel that it works really good with the name Sianna, providing a great enough contrast between each.
