Full name for Millie?

Just recently found out my BF likes the name Millie, but couldn't think of a full name for it. I also like it, but it's rare nowadays to know what he likes, name-wise. We're not fond of the names Millicent, Melisande, or Mildred, but what are some other names that Millie could be a nickname for?

For reference, I am not pregnant and not TTC anytime soon, just exploring options in general.

I really like Camille/Camilla, Emilia, Romilly, and Emmeline as ways to get to Millie. Emmeline is a bit of a stretch, but I still like it.

Mila is the only one I can really think of. I love Millie, but I don't like Millicent, Melisande, or Mildred either! You could always just name her Millie
