I know sisters named Noreen and Nurin, as well as brother named Amsel and Anzel. In both of these sibsets the children were born a year apart, so it caused a lot of confusion for them in school and with their friends.

I also know I family where the four children are named Teshaynah, Tenisha, Teshaun, and Isaac.
