    Talking Wintery Names?

Okay so I live in Australia in a town that has wet winters, but rarely ever snows, even as a kid frosty dew and hail was exciting. Nowadays I see winter as such a magical time, snowflakes, pine needles etc. But what girls names remind you of winter, besides of course Isolde, Eira, Winter and Snow?

    Australian/German/South African/Scottish/English/Irish/Romani
Elsa: Mystical, magical, completely unique, baffling and all her own

Ronan: Spicy, little boys wearing plaid shirts, running around in kneeless jeans, playing in the mud and being mischievous.

Love Winter! I associate a lot of Christmas names with winter, but I suppose those wouldn't work there, as Christmas isn't during wintertime there? I think names like Ivy, Holly, Josephine, Gabrielle, Noelle, Natalie, etc. remind me of not just Christmas but winter, too, but they're almost all directly related to Christmas so I don't know if that would work. I think Frost is a nice option (for either a boy or a girl), and there's always Jack for a boy, too (Jack Frost).

I found this list of winter names on Nameberry: http://nameberry.com/list/89/Winter-Baby-Names

Maybe that'll provide some ideas, too. When you take out Christmas names, and Winter/Snow, I'm drawing a blank!
